The Tabard of Summer Flames isn't a Horde reward for the quest. You have a choice between the Tabard of Summer Flames and the Tabard of Summer Skies (or something similar?) for both factions.

Oo, thanks for catching me on that one, Jump! You are correct, either faction may choose either tabard. I must've been typing too fast. Either too much or too little caffeine. Heh.
