Arena titles have not yet reset with Season 4 (UPDATED)

We don't know if this is a bug or a surprise gift from Blizzard, but it's probably a safe bet that it's a bug they'll be squishing. It seems cruel to the hopefuls who may think they have a title, only to lose it if this gets corrected. But, we'll see what Blizzard does. At least Season 4 has started, and everyone will have the opportunity to try again.
Edit: While we realize that, per posting from Eyonix, new titles wouldn't be granted until next week, it had previously seemed that the title stripping would still happen at the end of Season 3.

the new gear is not yet available on moonrunner either, and s1 is still there for purchase and no s2

I'm pretty sure that they said it would be a week before they calculated Season 3 arena rewards. Isn't there a sticky thread about it on the official forums?

There sure is, and shame on WoWInsider for not knowing this.
Blue post said titles and awards won't be awarded for about a week after the conclusion of the season.
Why? I would assume it's to ensure everything is awarded correctly (unlike last season), and to disqualify any cheaters they may have missed.

Does this mean that everybody will have another shot at getting their titles again, given the extra week if this bug is not addressed?
