New tabards from WoW TCG

Tabards have been a fairly frequent subject lately. There are the summer-themed tabards you get from the Shards of Ahune, which are a part of the Midsummer festivities. And, of course, there was the "glitch" that may have revealed a Legendary tabard. The World of Warcraft trading card game is getting in on the action by letting you purchase tabards with your UDE points.
The ability to purchase these tabards will be included with patch 2.4.3, according to the Upper Deck. Each of the six tabards are all variations on the same skin or pattern, with the only real difference being a change to the color pallette. This is the Tabard of the Void on the right. They don't say exactly how many UDE points each will cost yet, and ask us to stay tuned for details.
If you don't know, you get UDE (Upper Deck Entertainment) points by purchasing UDE products. I know, that's a stretch. Eeach WoW TCG pack you buy has a card with points on it. So far, you get a 100 point card with each booster pack. We'll let you know if and when we hear more about how many packs you have to buy to get a tabard.

No, the post wasn't very clear (sorry Michael ;) they are introducing 6 new tabards for purchase:
* The Tabard of the Arcane (Purple)
* The Tabard of Brilliance (White)
* The Tabard of the Defender (Orange)
* The Tabard of Fury (Yellow)
* The Tabard of Nature (Green)
* The Tabard of the Void (Black)

I'm more than happy to skip past items I'd *have* to buy with RL cash to use in game. I already spend RL money to play.

I play the tcg... i have several thousand UDE points just sitting around waiting to be spent.
This product is for people like me, not you.

I'd bet they'll be 2000 points each, exactly the same cost as the Tabard of Frost.

Wow I never knew there already was something I could use the UDE points for! I looked at their site and also found a cool trinket that turns you into a Ogre for 25,000 points. Now I have to go home and count the cards to see if I have enough for the ogre deal...

Yikes, I counted cards last night and I ended up with 276 ude point cards! That just reminded me I have bought waaay too many TCG cards. But it's enough for both a tabard and the ogre disguise trinket. Now to decide what character to give it to (would be a complete waste on my main feral druid though since I don't think it works with shapeshifting at all). Maybe my resto shaman I've been working on.
Took my wife over an hour to enter all 276 codes in. I'll give her warrior the Tabard though as payment.

Speaking of that tabard, I must have run SM Armory more than 20 times before it finally dropped for me. Last week I ran my wifes warrior through to get Herods drops and 2 of those tabards dropped for her. Some people have all the luck.
