The author's opinions are a little mis-informed, IMO, about the quality of Eastern/Western Plaguelands as levelling zones. If you're into zombies and ghosts and creepy crawlies, they are THE zones you've been waiting 50 zones to get to ! Also, their quests give you lots of reasons to go to Scholomance and Stratholme, which are wicked undead-filled zones, and they have some nice, long quest chains that add up to a lot of experience, but also tell great lore stories (including that whole "Ashbringer" thing people talk about so much). And oh yeah, there are plenty of ways to get Argent Dawn reputation, and some of the recipes and items still hold up (for a while) as worthy blues. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Northern Plaguelands meshes with the other two zones !

Differing opinions doesn't mean one of the parties is misinformed. I can hate the Plaguelands if I want to! And you can't stop me! /wicked grin

Sorry Natalie, would you prefer ignorance? You even claimed to have not experienced alot of the content in W/EPL. Why should anyone think of your opinion of the zones as anything but another one of the noobs who went there to do a couple quests so they can ding 58 and go to the outlands?Maybe if you actually did the quests/activities in the zones your "opinion" would be a little more valid.

Oh wow, so it's going to be like that, is it? Well, I didn't hit Outlands until level 60 because I was told I "should" do all the quests in the Plaguelands. I tried. I stayed there for 2+ levels grinding and grinding and grinding, while I looked around and most days didn't see a single soul except a Blood Elf lost coming out of his starting area. Ninety-nine percent of the time I was out there by myself. I couldn't get pugs through the instances there because everyone was in Outands. Eventually, after nearly breaking level 61, I gave up and went to Outland. Maybe instead of calling people noobs before you even know anything about them, you should perhaps try to find out something first.

It would have been nice if you provided these reasons as to why you didnt like the zones. But im not sure, first in the article you say you didnt grind there, now you did for 2 levels.Either way just because you werent able to get groups for scholo/strat or any group quests doesnt mean you should be sour towards those zones. And I wasnt calling you a noob, I was trying to say that with what information you gave that you're opinion didnt seem any different from those people who went to W/EPL to hit 58 and leave. Sorry if you though I ment otherwise.

at least you're not getting ganked if there's noone else in the zone ;)
