I don't use any macros in my rotation.
Although i'm often in the 3 top dps in our raids(fighting early M.h. /B.T. bosses this days)-and easily top dps in heroics
Playing an hunter since 3 years, i can say:The macros can help *but* are not "Necessary" to raiding hunters.
Of course i'm talking about those are able to time their shots manually.
Otherwise you guys can always roll a mage ;)
