Yep, my thoughts exactly. However, for PvE I would say (assuming a remotely similar raiding experience in Wrath to TBC) Dispersion will end up being a rather optional talent for raiding, depending on whether or not the priest is having mana issues. I think this is a good thing though, as it will give shadowpriests the option of picking up Divine Spirit, which would be great for shadowpriests (and their raids) sticking to 10man raiding who don't reliably have a disc/holy priest in the raid every week. (Keep in mind too spirit is shaping up to be a more important stat for all casters, even warlocks, in Wrath)
