I don't know what you're talking about, there are plenty of original ideas. Just look at Tauren. Those have nothing to do with any other fantasy creatures we've seen in the past. Nothing at all.

Ebon Hold, not Hand. To be more specific, Acherus: The Ebon Hold is the name of the Necropolis the DKs have conquered.
The faction is actually called Knights of the Ebon Blade, not Hold.
