The 1st story arc (Issues 1 to 7) were drawn by Ludo Lullabi, and they were published in 2 alternative covers, one by Jim Lee and one by Samwise Didier.
The 2nd story arc (Issues 8 to 12) are drawn by Jon Buran, and are published with 2 covers, one by Ludo Lullabi and one by Samwise Didier.
While both Lullabi and Buran are excellent artists I have to say, I much prefer the cleaner, more defined style of Lullabi. But that of course is just a matter of opinion.

I dont know what that means...
I think it should be a rule: abbreviations over 4 letters are banned. Forever.
Anyways, I'm pretty excited to get a book. I have never really liked comics that much because they are too short for my taste. But a full graphic novel will be pretty sweet. I'll be sure to order one.
Also, i'm confused on the release date. I'm guessing the normal version is July 30, and the collectors edition is Sept 26. Or what? Why is the normal only america, and the collectors only england/ireland? Confused.

Charlie, if it makes you feel better, I had to look it up, too. It means "I agree with this comment."

Charlie, also, to address your question. The earlier release date is for North America. I don't know whether that's going to be a collectible or not. The publisher for UK/Ireland is a different one than the US publisher. They intend to make the UK/Ireland edition in a "collectible" style. So I think we're comparing apples and oranges between the continents, unfortunately.

I'm looking forward to a book! I wish it weren't a big hardback book, though; I prefer to carry around little, manga-size books so I can take them with me to town/work/etc. Kinda hard to transport books when they're, say, the size of my car battery. :P

if a comic-book sized HC is the size of a car battery, then you must be stuart little and drive a Tyco RC car.
personally, i much prefer regular sized HCs for full color art such as this. not exactly hankering for an absolute edition (which would be pretty ponderous), but nothing terribly cumbersome about the regular ones.

I'm not sure whether it's hardback or not.

Personally I like the story arc for volume 1 and volume 2 looks very promising too. Hopefully the comic book sales are strong enough to keep it going.

Personally, I think Buran > Lullabi. His work has a higher level of detail and #8 was the first comic in the series with a fight scene that made any kind of visual sense. Lullabi is off drawing the Ashbringer miniseries right now. I'd prefer he stay on special projects like that and Buran stays on the main book.
And how about some Horde stories?! The manga are about allies, the comics are about allies (and a blood elf for some reason)... when do I get a kick ass orc comic?
