World of WarCrafts: Banner of brutality
Show the world where your loyalties lie with this horde-riffic signage. The bold red backdrop is guaranteed to garner attention while the blood spatter technique would make even Thrall proud.
Here is what you will need:
- Wooden Frame (I used a Make Me Frameous frame from Michaels)
- Wooden Letters (I used Provo Craft Carved Letters from Michaels)
- Acrylic Paint (deep red, black)
- Fine Red Glitter
- Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Spray
- Paint Brush

OK, some of your crafts are so-so, others are pretty cool.
This... is an awesome idea. I think I'm going to hit my local art supply store this weekend!

One little tip! Its useful for any craft is buying some Matt/Gloss varnish. You can find them in an aerosol spray in most DIY shops. Here you could spray each letter individually and of course the Inner and Outer boards, it'll stop the paint from cracking and such and such... Just a little tip!

Whatever next? How to make a small WoW-themed poster with just a post-it note and a biro?

ROFL... Sometimes simple is good.
But now you have me thinking - maybe I CAN order some awesome custom made Horde post-its. That'd be rockin.

have you ever considered making a "printer friendly" version of these crafts? i would like to try a few out but not having a handy hardcopy is a real drag. where i work on crafts is far from where my computers are and that makes it difficult to reference.

boo, you could always use print screen, paste it in Paint and print it out. Pain in the ass, but it works

If there's something that needs a pattern, she always provides a printable pattern. But I see what you're talking about with the actual directions.
