I completed a WoW research project last semester on player interaction and motivation in pick up groups. It's good to see the game being treated fairly by academics. The power of the internet and how we connect through MMOs is an important topic that deserves more recognition in the academic community.

I am so glad Digital Culture was released. I wish it was around when I did my research.
