I have to agree with Kaizen :)

The most evil quest I remember is Blessing of Incineratus (http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9805).
Typically evil racist drivel against a bunch of harmless Broken living in some poor huts, barely eking out a living in the mountains of eastern Nagrand, followed by a command to burn them out of hearth and home. Not to mention you usually are forced to kill a few on the way.

I hated myself for doing this quest... but I just couldn't resist the sooo easy XP ;)
