DC Comics has
released series 2 of their
World of Warcraft action figures. Coming
after series 1, and
the next series due in November, this set includes a Draenei Paladin, a Gnome Warrior (looking great despite being mounted), a Human Warrior (rocking
the Sword of a Thousand Truths), a Night Elf Druid, and a Troll Priest. You can see pictures of all the figures below -- they look great as usual, but as usual, it would be even better to have actual figures of our characters that look this good. Too bad
FigurePrints hasn't got that figured out yet.
Are you planning on picking one of these up? You can get them from the DC direct sales site, or at
a comics and hobby retailer near you. Looks like MSRP is around $14.99, but as with all of this collectible stuff,
your mileage may vary.

Only thing i want is a Tauren Shaman. And your right, these are so much better than the figure print ones. They are so well detailed and worth the price.

That fellow with the sword and shield (not to mention the skull motif) looks an awful lot like a Death Knight. But that can't be right.

He's kicking it naxx 1.0 style. He's wearing the warr tier 3 set.
dan Jul 9th 2008 4:45PM

The Dreadnaught Armor is also worn by the Draenei in the last hallway of Shadow Labyrinth. Right before Murmur and all that.

I dunno.. They're nice-looking figures, but I, myself, would like to see a bit more well-known lore characters, like Uther the Lightbringer, Anduin Lothar, Thrall, Sylvanas, Orgim Doomhammer or Gul'dan.

I got the Draenei Paladin box set about two weeks ago from my local comic book store. He's nice - heavy, well detailed, very cool. Overall this entire toy line is pretty nice - very displayable pieces.

Just one question....where are all the female figures? There was only one with the first set and none at all with this one. Undead female shadow priest please!!!
chilisizzle Jul 9th 2008 3:27PM
