"Why no Warlock pet love from the Devs? :( I have a Hunter and a Warlock and while it is true that Warlock pets offer interesting uses in different situations, when you get down to it, Hunter pets blow Warlock ones away (especially in PvP where melee can easily 1-3 shot a pet removing all of said Warlock's defenses). I'm not asking for Hunter pets, but Warlock pet talents or even just better gear scaling (for Hunter pets, too) would do wonders."

Warlock dmg already far outdoes most hunters.. as far as i see in my raid guild anyway. I think warlock pets also offer more utility to a raid group than hunter pets do. And, though not really a balance thing, it would be handy to summon my pets on the fly as i need them like a warlock, rather than trucking back to the stable master.

and yeah this pet talen tree thing on wow head is nothing new. as mentioned by several ppl above petopia has always been the place to for hunters and i hope that remains the same. The lady that runs it has no raid exp and little group exp as far as hunter play but she researches her tail off in getting us the latest and most accurate information. How many hunters do you know that are lvl 70 and would lvl a pet from 10ish just to get information on scaling and lvling.
