As a former Paladin class officer, I never really had any trouble with coordinating buffs without this add on.

Make one do Might/Wisdom(Might for Hunters)
Make another do kings
Make another Light/Salv(Wisdom instead of salv for hunters)
If you have a forth, you can split up the light/salv role.
