There is also a short quest line in Zangarmarsh where you are asked by a Draenei to try and encourage a tribe of Broken in the South of the zone to rejoin the Draenei in their pursuit of the Light.

Unfortunately the method/approach the Draenei NPC asks you to use ends up insulting the leader of the tribe but the Draenei learns his lesson but still somewhat doesn't understand the desire for the Broken to be independant.
