Well, as far as horde-side on Silver Hand goes... LO *is* pretty much set up for horde-side raid tracking as well, I believe. We can (and do) put horde characters in the character registry. Really, the limiting factor on it is population. You need to hit critical mass to get the ball rolling, which is someplace between 1 and 3 weekly 25-man raids, and then it'll start sustaining itself.

Personally, though, I find that while raiding is the 'activity' that LO is built to support, the real value of Leftovers is in the community we serve. Obviously, in-game channels are faction-dependent, but at the same time... the forum isn't. Feel free to come by, hang around, and add your voice to the mix. :)
