Nobody has yet mentioned SWG (and I don't blame them). SWG still has a Badge system, very similar to CoH/CoV, has since release as far as I know, and is older than any of these games. You'd get badges/achievements for exploring certain things, doing certain quest lines, mastering professions, and a whole whack of other things. It's one of the things I always liked about SWG, and loved that CoH had it when I started playing that. So the fact that they're adding such things to WoW fills me with glee.I do have one concern about the retroactivity tho'; What if I got a profession to 375, then removed it, and got a new one to 375. I'll get the badge for the profession I have now, because even though I didn't earn 375 after the system was implemented, I still have 375 while it's out. However, what about my previous profession? Am I going to have to level enchanting to max AGAIN?! I hope not, but still, that wouldn't be SO bad, 'cos still fun badges. :)
