Someone on a PuG turning on masterlooter means I leave as it reeks of an upcoming ninja to me.

I've had too many folks use lootmaster to ninja--no way would I trust a PUG that had that.

I only turn on master loot when it comes to heroic Setthek. The reason is simple.. I'm normally running with a mage in my group who will pay off anyone who won. The master loot is merely to give the person the chance to decide if they want the mount.. or the nigh on 3k the mage is willing to offer them if they get it. But we would never be unethical and keep the mount just because. And we turn it on and off only for that specific boss, with the explanation. I would be suspicious if a pug did so without explanation for the entire instance.
