I'm thinking this is a good example of left-handed being better off. I've never had a problem doing anything with the keyboard at all... I use my right hand on the arrow keys on the right side of the keyboard, and my left hand is free to hit the entire range of keys on the left.
I use my right thumb to hit the Ctrl, Shift, and Alt keys and pop up my 2ndary action bars, and I bind jump to the \ key, right above enter, easily clickable by my right index finger while moving, turning, whatever.
All in all it works very well... which is good since 90% of the decent mice out there are ergonomic right-handed :)
