This will net you all the mats you need for poisons, flash powder and extra gold! Yeah, it makes levelling slower, but is saves you trips to a town to restock and gets you richer quicker... Also, certain mobs can have Star Ruby(s) and other valuables on them. At one point I was selling How to Cook Man(s) for 80s...seriously.
Also, I am laughed at by Warriors and Pallies that have higher AP than me...yet they later bitch about me taking aggro from them. Wah, cry me a river. If I die, I die, if I don't complain, why should you, I should have vanished to give you your aggro back. No, I don't want Salvation, the dodge bonus I get from Agility will keep me alive longer than depending on Salvation...
I have tanked Sethekk Halls as a rogue in Dungeon Set 3 (Assassination) gear with Vindicator's accessories and Some Deathblow X11 Goggles. Why do Pallies think they need to protect me with Salvation. Just because you wear plate and have higher AP doesn't mean I can't kick your ass.
...which leads me to lesson #2
Lesson #2: Learn to Vanish!
and then tell Pallies to stfu...and take their salvation and shove it up their arse.
Lesson #3: Learn to Distract!

Pickpocket won't slow down your leveling, just macro it too your opening attacks...
/cast Pick Pocket
/cast sap (or whatever...I have it on all my stealthed moves)
Just remember to turn auto-loot on =)
PS...what's with all the aggression towards pally's ? =p

30% less threat is 30% more dps you can do before pulling aggro.
Just because you say you 'can tank', doesn't mean you SHOULD.

actually you can turn autoloot on and off within that same macro...but I don't like autolooting on picking because bagspace is usually tight and having to empty out the trash every couple of minutes is annoying...
As for the hate towards pallies...I find their personalities to be mothering. I have 1 mother. That's plenty. Also, if I ask for a certain buff, why would you give me another? And that's what they do...then get mad when despite the fact that I have Salvation, I still steal their aggro when if I had Kings or Might, I would have killed the mob(s) before it became an issue.
As for the noob who suggests I shouldn't tank...
L2P. Most non-raid instances can be run without a tank with proper CC as heals. Tanks are hard to come by at times. So rather that wait, we pick up an extra CC slot and rolled with it. As a 70, I can dodge and parry my way through the 1st boss in Sethekk with a couple of heals while mages AoE the adds. I have been the last man standing at the last boss as well (Talon King) because once you are down to 1 or 2 people, he doesn't use magic and I was able to 5-point Rupture-Adrenaline Rush-5point Eviscerate his ass down the last 15%...popping 1 healing potion and I had 5 point Deadly Poison Rank 7 on him and Slice-N-Dice going...Then there are my +300AP and +260 Haste trinkets... Thankfully my Evasion cooldown was over to help me out...but that's what makes rogues great. With 36% dodge, 10% parry and another 50% from Evasion, I simply stood there and slapped him around...while he waved his arms uselessly...
