Breakfast Topic: What do you think about Wrath now?

So, yesterday was officially the day Wrath of the Lich King exploded all over WoW Insider (and the rest of the internet). Now that you've had a night to sleep on it, what are your impressions of the beta, and just how much are you looking forward to the expansion?
Personally, I'm pretty much at maximum excitement. The new spells and talents look amazing, what we've been able to find out about professions looks awesome, and of course I really really want to play a Death Knight. Even the quests are looking like another quantum leap over BC's already relatively innovative quests (when compared to old-world quests, anyway). Don't even get me started on Achievements. I'm pretty sure I'll be doing the same midnight-release, play for a week straight thing that I did with BC. But what about you guys?

As a hunter, I soooo want to get into Beta and test all the new huntery stuff, with pets and talents, and pet talents, and then OMG, to go find the new pets, and as I am BM, to find out what is considered 'exotic' and are they awesome, and Oh yes, my 70 druid and Shaman will also get copied over, err, if I get in, and, and Death Knight!!!

not excited because I know since a year now with warhammer beta how difficult it is to level up chars and having them completely deleted after a period letting us to level up and level up again for nothing and for free.
I'm just curious to see how it is but I'm not F5 addicted to it so far.

I'm stoked, but they really need to give mages a hand or they're all gonna reroll and no one will sheep our adds. They sorta got left out of the ubarbuffage. :/

I'm stoked too, and not. At the same time.
Blizzard created some neat and interesting stuff for hunters, but then dealt balance druids a series of heavy-handed nerfs compared to the alpha which rather worries me, seeing as the owl is my main guy right now. I WAS looking forward to playing my druid in the expansion, and right now I'm not doing that as much anymore. Not unless they reverse some of the changes they made.
Maybe I'll just have to try to learn with that Blizz seems to think owls are permanently intended for mediocrity, I dunno. Or maybe just respec as tree; there's lots of fun stuff for trees added.
Or maybe I'll just go back to my priest and hunter. Or warlock. So much to choose from... But I was SO looking forward to having an owlkin that would rock, boo hoo. It really hurts me inside right now. :(

Mages are fine. They are not broken. You will hear epic 'qq' from mages all over, but its not like they needed much fixing. Sure, I know that many a mage-player will come up with obscene things about me and my game-playing antics but they are not in need of fixing.

Oh I never said mages were in need of a buff now... but they definitely need something to keep them on par with the buffs other classes are getting.

I have 1 question pour beta-luckies: How is the leveling in LK? Is the time from 70 to 71 lot longer than the one from 69 to 70?

I'm a rogue focussed on PvE only.
only thing I'm suprised about is that the rogue class made it to the Beta

From what we have seen so far, Rogue is still an egoist class, no buffs or any utility for party and raid members. An with Turn the Tables* particularly, rogue class is more than before an "opportunist" class.
*[ Turn the Tables ] (Whenever anyone in your party or raid blocks, dodges, or parries an attack your chance to critically hit with all combo moves is increased by 2% for x sec)

Well Im a PvE Rogue and I am REALLY excited, the changes being made to dagger builds are enough to make me salivate in anticipation, Ive always hated Combat Swords and it looks like Muti Daggers with the new talents + envenom crits will make things real interesting in raiding.
The only thing I want from Bliz now is a release date so I know when to ask my boss for a week off. :p

I have to ask this now: Is it only on my monitor that the colors used for WoWInsider polls are hard to see? On my LCD, the light grey and the white are very hard to distinguish...

I don't want to level again. I hate it. But nope, money is more important, so here we go on the grinding train again to level 80.
Sigh, Blizzard. Just let me be epic and leave me alone. :(
