Oh I don't doubt that mutilate will do fine in PVE. I'm thinking more the PVP side of things. Daggers are practically useless due to resilience's ability to reduce crit chance and crit strike dmg. basically were pigeoned holed into hemo at this point if we want to be even the least bit effective and it sucks.
