Not really an achievement request, but more of a request for titles for old world achievements, like "Dragonslayer" for killing Onyxia, "The Bane of the Lich" for Kel'Thuzad, you get the idea ;)

But I suppose I should give an achievement idea, so how about talent spec achievements, complete with titles?
For example for a warlock you could have Demonologist.
