Yeah even though librams will be covered in the next one, the badge libram is the best, no contest. Unfortunately it only works with Judgement of Command, so the best libram for a Horde paladin would be Libram of Avengement from Heroic Blood Furnace. Wonder if they'll change that Libram in Wrath since Alliance gets Seal of Blood. :O
