I'm sure these support reps are being paid decent amounts, and really care about each and every one of the hundereds of accounts they have to deal with everyday.

Haha ouch. word on the street is they're getting 8$ in austin and i dont buy that whole it's cheaper in certain cities. Austin is the same price as most everywhere else. Top 5 metro area's and i mean METRO not region are in another thing all together. 8$ is a joke, I was insulted.
