Authenticator fails, removed from account without user's permission

When you add the BA to your account, you log into your account at the Bliz website, then type in the serial number on the back of the authenticator. A keylogger could pick up that number, but it wouldn't do them any good, since knowing the SN doesn't let you figure out the response codes the BA generates.
