What to do if you have issues with your Beta key

Vrakthris, a Blizzard blue poster over in the Customer Service forums, posted that any people having issues with their Wrath of the Lich King beta key should send them an email to the address contained in the beta email.Last night we were pursuing a key issue of our own, and all we got was an automated response from the email address pointed to in the Beta invitation. Tonight however, that no longer happens – so it appears as if this email address is being staffed by a live person.
This is great news for those that have issues, including any that might revolve around a WWI '08 EU key not working with a US account. Hopefully Blizzard will respond promptly to all of us that have been emailing this address. If Blizzard or any of the blues release any more statements you'll see them here at WoW Insider.

lol, this is how it read to me,
wow insider staff has acces to a beta key. we are rather important compared to you average users but apparently blizzard doesnt see us that way.
we are really just giddy and excited and freaking out that we are going to get to sample the beta but we want to seem disinterested and too cool for our own pants and just be hohum about it all.
in any case. we want you to know we have a beta key but will still be copying all our news from mmo-champion, wotlk wiki and deathknight.info.
we have a beta key.
and you will be hearing an intense ammount more about this in the most pretensious way we can present it to you for the next 3 months. we have a beta key.

The only issue that I have with the beta keys is that I don't have a beta key. :(

I have an issue.... Im in the beta club and havnt received the invite email :( it really sucks... i tried calling phone support and the guy just said he had no idea when it would be going out..

I just got this email from Blizz, not sure if it will help anyone else, but some information was helpful..

I have yet to get a response from blizzard about my key issue, but it's not the standard problem either.
The number of the back of the Blizzcon 07 key doesn't work and I can't talk to anyone that'll give me a straight answer.

If I remember correctly you are supposed to register your key then wait for an e-mail from Blizzard.

Yea my problem is the key on the card is bad. I can't enter it at the beta_signup.html. I just got a letter from Blizzard, so I'm gonna send them a picture of the card now.

Im having an issue getting My Blizzard Temporary account setup. :( It prompts me to enter my world of warcraft retail information which I do then it comes up with invalid login :( Its really getting annoying that no one from blizzard has replied to my emails yet :(

Yeah, that's what is happening to me and quite a few others as well. Just send an email to the beta billing address they gave you in your invite for upgrade issues with the following info: the text of your error, your name, account name, region, your beta claim key (i gave the blizzcon one and the invite one), your email, and details of what you've done to try and resolve the problem so far. If you haven't sent an email like that, they'll just be emailing you back asking for that info, so I suggest you send a new email.

I doubt anything will be taken care of tonight, as their offices closed 30 minutes ago (I'm pretty sure). But by tomorrow afternoon or evening at the latest, hopefully we'll both get our help. =p
