Wrath boss names revealed in Achievements

All names of bosses are in the order and spelling that Blizz put them in the Achievements (unless I make a transcription error). Dungeon names are in alphabetical order. Note that data may be incorrect or incomplete, as well as subject to change, due to the fact that this information is from the beta.
Note also that some achievements are only to kill a certain boss, and not to clear an entire instance, which explains why some instances only list one boss.

they didn't even make Anub'arak a raid? laaame he saved Arthas' butt in WC3 guess he gets shafted.
Edboy Jul 24th 2008 3:24AM
or they could be saving him up for the NYI raids.
Crazy, I know.
Scott Jul 24th 2008 10:46PM
You'll see Anub'Arak clearly listed as a boss in the instance Azjol-Nerub. So unless he pulls a reverse Kael and ends up in some as-yet-unknown instance, I wouldnt hold my breath.
Xetan Jul 24th 2008 6:32PM
could be like Keal where he is a raid boss and a reg instance boss. remember nothing stays dead in Northrend... atleast not for long :)
BookhouseBoy Jul 24th 2008 7:19PM
Look at BC raids, and how many big names bosses were in raids and *not* dungeons. Until we see the raid list... I'd not worry about bosses like him.
Graham Jul 25th 2008 3:29PM
Lol well he is a boss for Azjol Nerub. ^^
Makes sense to me.
Sallix Jul 24th 2008 9:34PM
I believe people had the same feelings towards Kargath Bladefist.
The Exiled Warlock Jul 25th 2008 2:16AM
Also, don't forget the possibility of a NYI raid involving the possible presence of an Old God and the Faceless Ones deep within the bowels of Azjol-Nerub. If Anub'arak is a dungeon boss, he might have something to do with that whole mess.
(Then maybe we can get some solid lore clarity on those things down there.)

IMO they should swap Anub'rekan and Anub'arak and let the former be in AN while the latter sits in Naxx.

Finally good WoTLK news! I was sooo bored with the talent gossip, who cares what I bind my keys to in 3 months from now - gief epic encoutners.
Menalaous Jul 24th 2008 6:09PM
Um, didnt you guys post this last night? Why is a new post today?
Eternalpayn Jul 24th 2008 6:12PM
Look at the comments for the Achievements wowhead listing. I specifically said that there was probably stuff leaked through this. What do you know, I was right. :)
Galladon Jul 24th 2008 6:12PM
Will they be able to add achievements later on, like in a later patch?
WTafe Jul 24th 2008 6:31PM
if they wern't able to, what's the point of releasign them -.-
peaglemancer Jul 24th 2008 6:22PM
Maiden of Grief
King Dred
Skadi the Ruthless
Who named these, George Lucas? What's next, "BossBaddie the Badguy"?
Eternalpayn Jul 24th 2008 6:27PM
LOL you win.
Zakk Jul 24th 2008 6:53PM
Lol...yes, we definitely need BossBaddie the Badguy.
But really, it's nothing surprising. IIRC, there's already an NPC in Azeroth whose last name is Hearthweave. And there are plenty others with names like that.
Braundo Jul 24th 2008 6:55PM
King Dred is a T-Rex so it's kind of appropriate. :)
Gerb Jul 24th 2008 10:24PM
Yeah it's the pet of a very well known judge...
Suzaku Jul 24th 2008 7:13PM
According to the dialogue in Wintergarde Keep, Highlord Alexandros Mograine is no longer with The Four Horsemen, he vanished after Naxxramas was seiged in EPL. Curious.
