lol hot streak gives the next spell you cast after 3 crits a 100% chance to crit and then resets. Dream all you want but thats all you get.
With the nice new base damage to fireballs (which at the moment is higher then shadow bolts) I think a fire arcane build will be the next pve build.
arcane up to spell power and fire up to 4/5 empowered fireball.
No mana issues, more spirit, slightly more damage then fire frost.
Now if there is a Death knight in the group, they give a huge damage buff to frost mages which changes everything as we all may just go frost.
