I so agree. Flamestrike is the biggest joke in history. Blizz should have removed/replace that talent, but they leave it untouched, and give us a load of crap. We can not be AoE kings with 2 viable AoE spells which both have ridiculous CD's. Ow yes, we can use living bomb now... big woop. I love my mage, I love dps battles, and I never ever thought I would say this, but come expansion, I am switching mains. Which hurts my soul. I will never be arcane or frost, I love fire. I have incorporated my fire spec in my RP and for that reason alone, I would never spec anything different. These talents do not need polishing, they need to be completely reviewed, and the focus needs to move from this whole silly AoE thing. But they will never do that. Because they never intended on giving us attention. They kept us quiet by mentioning 'higher damage output' and 'mages' in the same sentence a few times, so that we would expect great changes, which we did. Bet they are all laughing at HQ now.I was never a QQ mage, I did the best with what we got, and was quite content with it even. But this is just a slap in the face to every self-respecting fire mage. And I doubt many will keep their specs. As stated in another article, now is the time to switch mains, and I fear that is exactly what a lot of mages will do.
