Ok, so hot streak has some uses thanks to the idea of blast wave critting 3 mobs, but you are missing the big picture. At less than 35% health we can nuke pyroblast at a 2.5sec cast time. This really will help us get to 80 in the field and god knows how much it will help with PvP. Ok, in raids, maybe not because if you're getting hit below 35% then odds are that your getting crushed to death by an elite mob, however, i can see the potential of some interesting gameplay when you ask healers not to heal you because you dont have aggro and are below 35% HP. This way you can nuke with pyroblast and easily put yourself at he top of the charts.
