Rolling restarts

Between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. PDT today (Sunday July 27th) all U.S. realms will be undergoing a rolling restart. Each realm should be down for about 15 minutes, though these things have a tendency to last longer than scheduled.The login announcement tells us that the servers are getting a hotfix applied to them, however there is no indication what the hotfix is for.
If anything does happen to extend this restart, you'll see it here on WoW Insider.

It seems that they hardly ever tell us at least outright though usually they don't hide it if you ask in the CS forum or really look to find out.

I would say the hotfix is for that annoying tendency for mobs to evade or take off in fear when aggro'd (not even damaged!!), then return with about 4 - 5 of his mates, been happening since the inception of the last patch.
This has been happening almost constantly, everywhere, whole groups of mobs in fact, one after the other, and its not your common random evading mob like we usually see, I know I'm not the only one that has come across this.

At least I know Im not the only one now. I have had the evade bug happened at least 5 times to me since the patch. But if the hotfix isn't for that i will be kinda mad, It has really been bugging me =(

Oh please, let it be for the overpopulation of evading mobs. I'm so sick of getting kicked by Isle of Quel'Danas naga that I hit 5 minutes ago.

I hope it will fix what ever has been keeping me from entering buildings without jumping. It's getting annoying to have to get a running go at the AH in Stormwind.

Upon reflection on what I said before, the message (after re-reading it again) did state that the rolling restarts were for the U.S realms, not totally sure if that meant the Oceanic and Latin American realms as they usually say.

Actually, I've seen some really blatant game-hacking take place last night in several battlegrounds by several people. After I made a ticket (which was solved in under 5 minutes, after which I got a mere ingame Blizzard support mail) I couldn't enter a battleground for the night. That said, I only went into a queue for 30 minutes or so. Could be unlucky.
Could be a fix for one or more exploits.

I'm hoping it's for the 'stuck' mobs I keep encountering... can't hit em, and a few minutes later they 'unstick' and come find me if I'm in the area. That sucks when you're already fighting.
Or maybe it's Blizz's fix for the Titan bar thing of last patch.

Let it be for the evading mobs. I'm so sick of the naga on Sunwell attacking me 5 minutes after I've moved on from them.

The RR hit my server, Gul'dan, early this morning. It caused some mass panic when the AH was down for like 5 minutes, but it turned out fine after that.
