From what I've seen, Paladins are on the whole quite enthused about this, I don't know what you're talking about. Reaching uncrushable status isn't as trivial to us as it is for warriors.

What this will mean for warriors is, with the new talent that generates rage on a block, we'll see block rating become more important as a threat gen stat (since blocks = rage = TPS) for warriors.

It's also looking like they're going to be reducing the amount of actual "+Block rating" stats on gear and instead just putting more Strength on tanking gear (since it appears that Str is now converting to BR at a much higher ratio now). Which means that Strength is becoming a more important tanking stat from both a mitigation and a TPS standpoint, I guess.

Warriors have always had a 5 pt talent grating 1 rage when blocking. They had it at 2 rage a couple builds ago but have once again made it 1 rage per block. No change there...
