I've heard the copy right laws (here in Canada) allow images and signs to be close to the same - if there is a 10% difference and it doesn't misled the customer.I know LOTR is classic fantasy - but the movies and the game are recent, plus the copyrights are still owned by the family/estate.Blizzard's lawyers are quick with the papers - I wouldn't be suprised if LOTR's are too.
