So I checked out the link, and come to find out I know a bit about the program mentioned in the PDF (I'll leave it at that)... With the exception of America's Army, I know gov't doesn't have the resources or the talent to produce something on a level with WoW. I mean I know they have the coders, but they don't hire coders with an artist/design design sense; everything ends up in Java or looking horrible like screenshot in the PDF.I would like to find out some more information about how Blizzard handles their servers, how the network passes traffic (instances, etc), because that stuff intrigues the hell out of me...
