How much difference is there between Horde and Alliance quests (if anybody's levelled characters on both sides yet)?

I was a bit disappoiinted to discover around 90% of Outland quests are effectively identical on both sides (Terokkar and SMV are 99% identical, only difference in Nagrand is the Garrosh storyline for Horde, etc), so as an altaholic with several characters on both factions I'm wondering if it'll be much the same this time or if there'll be more variety?

Great feature btw; I'm loving reading these articles as they usually cover questions that I've not seen answered elsewhere. Thanks! :)
