Not so much a question, but a suggestion (for blizz).

I assume everyone's familiar with !gem mod.

Blizz should add some NPC's who response to !gem queries, and !chant, etc so that /Trade gets less requests for "Can someone link the mats for Mongoose?", etc. You'd be able to /w Master Enchanter mongoose and get the info yourself.
