i can tell you for a fact that they fail someone in my guild was hacked and he had one of these and they cleaned us out. apparently these things fail at protecting you account and now its made life harder for the rest of us thanks blizzard for a product that doesn't work

Sounds like that someone in your guild wanted an excuse to clean out your guild bank.

i will and he put all of his stuff in the guild bank when they replacede his account and my guild is the fighting mongoose on cenarion circle us and the person who was hacked brandun. so it wasn't an excuse
