Sounds like Fury Warriors may have the same difficulty finding a good OH that Enhance Shamans had for a good part of TBC. Perhaps Blizzard will use badge and rep rewards to "solve" this problem like they did with Shammies.

The rep axes were too fast, the new fist badges were a little too fast and no other weapons came close. Unless you count the weapons a master smith could make (AFTER they became non-unique and not main hand only), you are not looking at anything really designed for an enhancement shaman.

Heck, they even managed to make a set of fists drop in Hyjal that match Shaman T5 but the off-hand is horrible for shaman.

I hope warriors don't have to suffer through our itemization issues.
