I think i personally fall on the side of /sick.

While i understand guilds being wary of people who don't raid as often or aren't as loyal to the guild... in this case its just a little too absurd. Ranged weapon upgrades should ALWAYS go to hunters first.

If those hunters were that "unreliable" then do them and yourself a favor and get new hunters. Screwing them out of loot just doesn't make a lot of sense if they're in your guild.

good point for that will only make it worse

the hunters just start to think what is the point if we are only here to help the raidleader and his friends to get loot why should i even raid?
