too be honist all tho its would be best used by a hunter i can understand giving too the long time standing member of the guild regardless of class too a new member of the guild who for all they know wont be around long enough too benifit the guild.

if they stuck around after the rogue was givin the bow then you sure as hell know you got some loyal members there even if it is a harsh way too test that loyalty.
