The reason why Brain Freeze gives you a chance to have a free instant fireball is this, Blizzard is working hard on finding a way to make the "hardcore" dpsers from using one or two buttons for the entire fight. They've also don this with boomkins and some other class that i cant think of at 4 in the morning lol.
