Just a thought, but you think maybe inscriptions will make it into 3.0 rather than the launch. Afterall they only prevented non-expansion players getting JCing by putting the first trainer in Exodar/Silvermoon. They can't exactly put them in Dalaran this time though and there's no new low-level areas.
