Oh really, 4 minutes? Forgive me for not putting my full faith in a figure which you seem to have pulled out of the air. Also, mana regeneration is something that's been added to several talent trees. Anyway, we've had no confirmation as to whether Potion Sickness has actually been intentionally removed - another comment here said it was still in the beta, just not represented by an obvious debuff on the character.
