Thassarian is an Alliance questgiver in Northrend. Koltira Deathweaver is a Horde questgiver in Northrend, as well. The Lich King appears frequently in Northrend. Gothik the Harvester, Noth the Plaguebringer - both make an appearance as questgivers near Acherus for DKs, but end up as Naxx bosses again.Remember - when you're a fledgling DK is long before when you're a DK in Northrend, so in that time things can change. So, it's not unlikely Rivendare abandons post in Stratholme and heads out to Naxxramas to fill in as a Horseman.

The DK starting Area takes place before WotLK and the battle of light's hope chapel occurs right before WotLK begins. It's instanced off to provide a private time zone of sorts for the DK's. If you look around you can find a bunch of other Naxx bosses.I'd like to see Taelan Fordring as the fourth horsemen, it would have a heavy helping of lore attached and he fits the bill of a future Death Knight. It is revealed what is beneath Light's Hope Chapel or at least the name of the mysterious... thing. It is known as the Light of Dawn which is most likely a relic, urn, or talisman of some sort that completely negates the unholy. My biggest question would have to be; Why is Arthas the "final" boss of WotLK? From a lore standpoint an Aspect would be much stronger than some Death Knight who commited Patricide, threw on some magic armor and grabbed an Artifact weapon. In the War of the Ancients, even after transfering a part of his power into the Demon Soul and after the Well of Eternity's use was locked out, Malygos used his power to erase a piece of existance with a wave of his claw. Now if being erased from life doesnt one-shot a tank I dont know what will.

damn how many times do we have to kill rivendare... but yeah the lich king is more powerful than you give him credit for... controlling millions of undead simultaneously is no paltry task... besides arthas himself defeated illidan after illidan had consumed the powers of the skull of gul'dan and arthas was weakened because ner'zhul's energies were leaking out of the frozen throne... so if he can solo the initial final boss of bc like that and now he's merged with pretty much the most powerful being on azeroth rivaled only by the aspects i guess... i mean arthas even raised a full blue dragon from the dead with his weakening abilities... hence sapphiron second to last boss in naxx...besides he's more powerful than azshara and she's still waiting in nazjatar for her turn to be raided...

@ KalkenArthas isn't necessarily the last boss in WotLK. We all thought Illidan was going to be the final boss of BC, but them BOOM! 2.4, and we have a new baddie. The beautiful thing about games like WoW, is that nothing is "final". there is always more that can be added, and I would bet on the fact that once Arthas is being farmed for "Cleansed Frostmourn", Blizzards hive-mind is going to think "Hey.. Wouldn't it be cool to fight one of the titans?"
