There's also a Dwarf, Human, Draenei, and Troll Baby in the Shatt orphanage. You can recognize them by the architecture of their baby beds. It matches each race. The Dwarf one is made of stone, the Gnome bed of gears, etc. Plus the Dwarf baby has bushy eyebrows. :P

I hate to say it, but I'd almost want to see a Forsaken baby. The idea of an undead baby is all sorts of controversial and screwed up, but I'd be curious.

eww. UD babies are just...wrong. As Sylvanas is the resurrector of the Forsaken, i think she opted out for that.
I personally wondered why UD need to eat or drink....
