I'm going to guess that what is actually under Light's Hope Chapel is the body of Uther, Since Uther was (according to most if not all) the greatest Paladin who ever lived and he was killed by Arthas, i think that it is reasonable that his remains would have a devastating effect on a Death Knight or the Lich King, especially if they killed him. Also, what better place to bury the Founder of the Silver Hand and a Champion of the Light than under a Chapel named "Light's Hope" showing that there is always hope, even in the darkest hour. Uther's Tomb itself is most likely just a monument (a very very very impressive monument) to Uther and not his actual resting place

Um.... Uther IS buried in his tomb. Light's Hope Chapel is a dump. You don't go burying The Man in a dump. And, hey Blizzard... for the love of god, let me play a human shaman. I want an ally shaman, and I'm not going play a ridiculous space goat.
