A question for the Blacksmithing Sockets...So only two are BS only but do they replace Enchantments? And is Socket One-hand Weapon able to socket main-hands and is it also BS only?

I doubt it would void an enchant. Enchantments are always stronger than any one gem, and that would pretty much defeat the bonus of having an extra gem slot if you had to give up enchants.

Sockets do not interfere with enchantments in any way. Weapon socketing is not yet available on the beta.
