Keep refreshing the item page, even if you get a "sold out" message. After stalking the pages for almost 2 days, I had finally got to step three (log in, items in cart, fill out attendee info) when the cart was "emptied" and I got a "the item is no longer available / sold out" message. After raging for longer than I'd care to admit (the tickets are for husband and son, and airline tickets and hotel have already been acquired) I refreshed the item page and was able to complete the order (it's listing sold out again, I see).I see here that it seems to be blizzard's way of handling the traffic to the site, by putting only x number of tickets up at a time. Frustrating, but I guess it makes some sort of sense.Cross-posted to doth.
