When it comes to WoW, one of its greatest successes is that it isn't all serious business, all the time. That's great for a dramatic narrative but our world isn't built like that, so why should theirs?WoW has you doing everything from the mundane to the heroic to the comical and back. You've got the incredible moments where you bring down Illidan, or see the Sunwell re-ignited as a result of your efforts. Real major shit. You also have holidays, social commentary, activists and activist groups, parody, etc.Everything in Warcraft is shades of gray, and in that aspect it mimics our world quite well.
